Yahoo! rainout or postponed game rule????

it's raining here in Chicago and the tarp is still on the field at Wrigley, once the game is technically supposed to start at 2:20 CST, will any players for that game be locked in or as long as the game doesn't start can I switch a player out of the lineup for somebody else??? hope this makes sense

The players are locked in for what the original, scheduled start time was supposed to be, so you can't switch them out during a delay.

Are they going to play? Or would I be better served by putting David Wright in the lineup for Corey Patterson?

it's currently in a rain delay and the tarp has been on the field all day, I think it might be too late to swap out Patterson, they said they'd like to get the game in because we're in for some crappy weather over the weekend here in Chicago, so they're gonna try and get it in, nobody knows right now
