Just throwing something out there for conversation.
After the way Patterson has been pitching for the Nationals. Tony Armas coming back from Injury. Zach Day getting bumped from the rotation.
Considering there was talk early that the Nationals were inquiring aboiut Willy Mo Pena, before the season started. Now the Nats are not looking half bad at SP.
What are your thoughts Pena comes to the nationals for one of these pitchers and something else. Seem reasonable? Possible?? Kearns maybe??
Guillen was a product of the Reds Organization also maybe hes been feeding them Willy Mo Info!!!

From what we have seen of Bowden so far, you can't expect him to do the reasonable thing. He's paying a bum like Guzman a ridiculous boatload to hit in the #2 hole so by that logic maybe he is happy with Termel Sledge batting 5th.
I agree with you though, the smart thing would be to dump a pitcher on the Reds. When either Johnson or Vidro (or both) go down as usual with an injury, that line-up will turn into horse piss real fast.
