As much as I like Baldelli, I think that his average is going to drop a bit as the season progresses. He's hitting about .360 right now, and for him to keep it up would be amazing. However, I think the best he'll do this year is finish in the .300-.310 range, which is very good for a rookie, but not inhuman. Rocco had a great season last year in all three levels of the minors, but didn't hit that well all season. I don't think it's worth dropping anyone you have for Rocco.
Baldelli is good, but not worth dropping Ibanez or Durazo for. He has very little HR power, and he NEVER walks. I think his avg. will drop to around .290-.300 by aug-sept.
its a very good chance that hell continue to produce with hits, average, runs and rbis. his homer and steal numbers arent too high, but he may get it going in that area too. i liked the comparison to soriano. hes not as good, but this may be a sign of things to come from him.
