Is JPhillips that bad of a catcher? or was it bc of the pitcher's slow move?
Who are the easiest and hardest catchers to steal against?
Easy
Piazza
VMart
Loduca
Hard
Pudge
Schneider
Helps me decide which guy to start for possible SB opportunities.

I think Derek Lowe was pitching (for 8 innings anyway). I believe that Lowe allowed more steals than any starter in the league last year...or was it the highest percentage allowed? Anyway, for this game I would fault the pitcher more than Phillips.

They stole four off of Lowe and it was all HIS fault. On one of them Woody Williams stole 2nd because Lowe was just ignoring him at first. There wasn't even a play on him. The other steals off of Lowe weren't even close plays. Announcer mentioned that that was Lowe's weakness in the AL (holding runners on) and that word has now gotten out in the NL that you can run on him. He's going to have to do something about this. Eventually it will come back to haunt him.

thanks.
What other pitchers are easy or hard to steal off of?
Know Pettitte is hard to run against bc he's not only a LHP but has one of the best pickoff moves

Negating double play opportunities is a big problem for a ground ball pitcher.

True, though you can forgive him last night, this could be a huge problem if he stops looking so studly.
