I want to drop one of these guys but not sure which one .. Any thouhgts on who will have better year?

Drop Kazmir unless you are in a keeper. His control is bad, his WHIP will stink and as he is limited to 5 innings per outing with the Rays. That will limit his K contrbution and he won't give you more than a handful of wins.
Kazmir is Bonderman, 2 years ago. He has the potential to be great. But its too early.

Lilly. At least Kazmir has upside.

As far as who will have the best year, my GUESS is Lee, Piniero, Lilly, Kazmir. If it's a keeper league, drop Lilly.
