What the hell is going on with those bats? Yet again they roatation and pen combine to give up a measly two runs, yet the offence lets tham down. Its like the old days, the 80's not the 90's. Somebody please tell me it will be alright.....
Their offense looks positively pitiful right now. Looks like Andruw might go 0-for the rest of the season. Brian Jordan has his moments, but he looks over matched in plenty of at bats. Man, they have got to pick it up for their pitchers' sake.

It makes me sick to watch this offense. I'm still holding out hope, though. Marcus is just getting his AB's in, Chipper is playing at an MVP level right now. Estrada is hitting the ball hard everytime up--but right at someone. LaRoche and Jordan have been pretty bad. Mondo has been alright. Furcal had a good game today.
Andruw... well at this point I'd be happy with another .265 30 HR Andruw year. He just looks completely lost at the plate thus far.
6 runs in 5 games(with a couple going into extra innings) is acceptable against a pitcher like Clemens but not against some of the other pitchers they've faced. I think I might have to start spot-starting any pitcher that faces the Braves until they can get their offense together. They'll have low era and whip and at least as many strikeouts as Andruw has ABs.
