Yahoo Account Problem

I have a somwhat big dilemma regarding my yahoo account. About 4 days ago, when I tried signed into my account, the signin page said that my ID was not in use and available for registration. I am sure that I have the spelling and upper/lower cases correct, but it seems like my account has vanished into thin air. I have a few keeprs leagues with this account, as well as important email that I have saved. I have contacted Yahoo Customer Care twice, but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? If I reregister for the account, will I be able to enter my leagues? And will my email be there? Thanks in advance for any opinions/suggestions.

Same thing happened to me on one of my accounts. When I try to re-register it says it's already in use yet when I try to sign in it says the ID doesn't exist.

I think you're out of luck. It's unfortunate, but you aren't alone.

Keep trying though. Let me know if you get it to work.

I reregistered for the ID, and it worked. My fantasy leagues are still there, but unfortunately the mailbox is a completely different one, so I lost all my old emails, some of which are important.

Didn't print out copies of the important emails? Ouch.
