The Yahoo rules state: once a player comes off the real-life DL, you will not be able to complete any transactions until you remove him from your team's DL. You will, however, be able to make intra-roster moves (switching players between bench and active) regardless of a player's DL status.
Does "transactions" include trades as well as add/drops? That is, if I have a player listed as DL when he's off the real-life DL, can I still make trades with another team?
I was hoping to do a few two-for-one trades as my DL players get healthy to keep from dropping anyone.

I'm pretty sure that it does. Some easy way to find out is to start the trade process. If you do a 1 for 1 trade, it will ask you to drop a player if it is forcing you to get the player off the DL.

yes, you need to fix it before you can proceed, or trade the DL player.
