Anecdotal Evidence That Yahoo Autodraft and Rankings STINK.

As some of you know I am in 10 leagues this year. I drafted every league live except one Yahoo Winner's League b/c I wrote down the wrong date for that draft and thus didn't even get to rank players and got stuck w/ Yahoo's Dave Roberts=one of the best OFs in baseball! rankings. Here is my performance thus far:

Funny thing is I've spent a lot of time trying to fix that team. Traded away Looper for Livan, etc. and I never give up on a league, but it is going to be some brutal, thankless work just to get that team into the Top 5.

I think this was kinda discussed before but the good thing about Yahoo's rankings are that they are somewhat reliable but not so much so that managers don't have to make any decisions.

In a normal league they are fine since that's basically what 10/12 of the people will use anyway, since this is a Winner's League apparently people didn't rely on them as much; they definitely heavily overrate some people, and it seems like I got stuck with almost all of them, heh.

Lesson: Don't write down the wrong draft date.
