What is Preston Wilson's off-day schedule?..

Postby bdrotoronto » Mon Apr 18, 2005 9:02 pm

Anybody know when Preston Wilson is scheduled to get his off-days?.. I thought the rule was he sits out day games after night games.. but he's sitting out tonight!.. after he already had yesterday off.. what gives?!?.. naturally I've got him starting..

This guy is starting to annoy me.. I've already figured out to only start this guy at home, since that's the only place he shows up.. but now it's hard to even predict if this guy will play one day to the next.. I'm in a really deep league (19 teams), so I don't think I really have the luxury of dropping him.. :-[

He has the flu, which kept him out yesterday and today. However, Wilson may have gotten a day off yesterday anyway.

Yep, he is out with the flu tonight. Nothing to be concerned about.

Preston Wilson, who is troubled by the flu, is out of the lineup for a second straight game tonight.
Cory Sullivan is playing center field. Apr. 18 - 7:54 pm et

Oh, OK. Thanks guys! ;-D In a way that is actually better than what I was expecting, i.e. that I'd have to wait until about 30 minutes before Rockies games every night to set my lineup. Actually, I might still have to do that.. :-?

Although rotoworld has been wrong several times already this year about Wilsons playing time, it looks like they are expecting him to start tomorrow. Hopefully they are right.

Preston Wilson, troubled by the flu, was used as a pinch-hitter tonight and grounded out.
Wilson will likely return to center field on Tuesday. Apr. 19 - 1:25 am et
