I think it's a good deal, but not a killing. Wells will have better #'s at the end of the season as he is a more skilled player (looking at minor league numbers and his last healthy season). Young only has the positional advantage, which is not insignificant.

Anyway good trade, but this is not a lopsided deal at all. You are giving up a lot with Wells.

You can think that. Young will have a better avg, more runs, more RBI, a few less HR. Similar steals.
