When is he coming back? And what kind of expectations can one have for the guy? He cant seem to stay out of harms way (with the sicknesses and the head shot). Should he be put on trade block?

He was dropped in a 10 team league I in. Whatever. I have a waiver claim in for him. Don't really need him as I have Pujols and Teix. He should be fine at least I hope so. If you can get anything of value for him I would trade him if not I wouldn't.

Oh, I am Definitely not thinking about dropping the guy. Im in a 14 team keeper league where we get to keep guys in the round we selected them. I took Morneau in round 8. He is my top 1B and I have Sweeney as my backup. I was just asking about his projected numbers this year and if they have changed now that he has been nailed in the head.

Maybe slightlyI really don't know depends on how quick he hits that first dinger and gets his confidence back.

It's a loooooong season and you will forget all about him missing a few weeks in April once the dog says of summer roll around. You'll be happy to have him then.

What makes him such a sure thing? I've seen many great prospects take a few lumps on their way to stardom.
