Why do images get blurry when I crop them?

Trying to make a sig picture (as you can see), the only program I have that lets me crop images (that I know of) is Roxio PhotoSuite. But I've noticed that as I crop an image down it gets blurrier and blurrier. Trying to fix the sharpness afterwards through Roxio helps somewhat, but it's not as clear as it was before I cropped it. This image of Kapler, Damon and Trot was VERY clear when I started, now blurry (and I didn't save the original )


Any advice, oh picture masters?

I'm not familiar with that program, but that only happens to me when I resize rather than crop.

If you can let me know where you found that photo I can set it up for you.

Download The Gimp...its free and as powerful as photoshop
