not fully sure....but i think he went on a rampage somewhere here.
Rico was banned for his behavior. From what I understand, he would have been banned long before he was, but a few mistakes were over looked. Rico got what he deserved.

Really I don't care about him much, there was a reason he was banned and I wish people would just let it go.
