Okay, it's over a four game stretch. But the Cleveland reliever now has nine innings under his belt this season, and has allowed just one walk and zero hits.

Nice job, and not so bad for deep league owners who own him. He's not likely to be closing for this team at any time this year, but if he keeps this up, he could become a very useful staff filler who serves more use than some 4.50 ERA type SP who wins nine games.

Betancourt is a damn good pitcher and was a lot better than his stats indicated last year. He got really unlucky with hit percentages last year and now its completely turned around this year. Although he is getting really lucky he is still a very good pitcher and when Wickman gets injured I think he should definately be the closer.

Betancourt was one of the top MR's last year, except HR's hurt him. I've had him the whole season and have to say I'm quite pleased with his 9 IP and 0.11 WHIP/0.00 ERA.

I have him too. Definitely helped my whip this week.
too bad I also had the bum farnsworth.
