Agreed

He won't lose his rotation spot if he continues to pitch reasonably well. He's already moved ahead of Zach Day, who is the bumpee until Armas makes his next trip to the DL, which is targeted for May 19 at 2:34 PM Pacific Time.

Don't worry, that means he'll look like Cy for his first start. Our offense is terrible.

Chipper's on my team and I can't say that he's been terrible...

It is my feeling as well that Day will be the one slipping out of the rotation.

I also think with the way Patterson is pitching he will hold down that spot.
I found this about Day...
Latest update
April 14, 2005 - 10:45 p.m.
Day has been dropped from the Nationals' rotation. He will move to the bullpen. John Patterson will start in Day's spot on Saturday.
Fantasy Source spin: Day probably will rejoin the rotation if he can get his stuff in order.
Plus the thing that really interested me in Patterson was this fact, I found before I drafted..I know this was an early post, but I had an eye on him since I found this. Picked him up on the WW after those last two starts. Now I just hope it works out for him..
Nov. 21, 2004 - 8:25 p.m.
Patterson is boasting a 1.20 ERA in the Dominican Winter League after 30 innings.
Fantasy Source spin: That's pretty good for a competitive league like that. Consider Patterson a sleeper in 2005.
