Bench Durazo, Erubiel
Bench Encarnacion, Juan
Bench Burrell, Pat

SP Halladay, Roy
SP Morris, Matt

I've been considering some deals to upgrade my pitching, i.e. Day + Tejada for Pedro and Encarnacion + Nomo for Schilling. I doubt those will get accepted though.

Any thoughts?

Nomo for Schilling?? You better doubt this will be rejected. That is quite possibly one of the worst deals I have ever seen seriously offered. Maybe the guy who owns Schilling knows he is off to a slow start and will try to sell him low, but Nomo?? Nomo is not much better at this point in the season anyway. Rethink that deal. The Pedro one is alot better, and has alot greater chance to be accepted. If the Nomo deal goes through, then you made out like a freakin bandit....and I should congratulate you.

It's not Nomo for Schilling, it's Nomo + Encarnacion for Schilling, which is still lopsided, but at least looks better on paper. This is the same owner that I traded Kip Wells to earlier in the season (Kip + Ugie for Berkman), so he's big on looking at the yahoo rankings as a basis for decision making, and it just so happens that both Nomo and Encarnacion have a better ranking than Schilling at the moment, which is why I want to strike while I can.

I think we can still pretty much assume that deal will get rejected though - I was hoping for some general suggestions.
