Should i be worried about my closers yet?

Postby dracovonborax » Sat Apr 16, 2005 11:43 am

i have a total of 2 saves on the season thus far and my closers are: Dotal, Graves, Affeldt, and Tsao. Affeldt went down lat night, not sure gow serious yet, but i was able to drop Nevin and scoop up MacDougal. should i be thingking of making an offer to get a closer or sit tight and let it play out?

I would sit tight (damn, I only have 5 saves in a 12 team 5x5). Keep your eyes open and move fast on any fill-in situations like u did with MacDougal (although, I don't know if Nevin was the best drop).

it's a 9 team auction league and i already had Helton and Delgado covering my corners...Helton cost a pretty penny. Nevin wasn't seeing much playing time so i figured he would hurt me the least to drop, someone had dropped him already and i pulled him out of fa. Thanks for the advice, i'll sit tight for now and hope i start getting something. :)
