What are you talking about?

His ERA is 36 today maybe...but that's in 2 innings.

It was like 1.29 before today.

He was on the bubble for the 5th spot when Padilla returns, but now he's AAA meat.

i don't know what the controversy is. the phillies rotation is not some unbreakable thing by any means. BUT that team doesn't need that to contend. what they need is predictable performances. Frankly, lidle and lieber aren't going anywhere as FA aquisitions. Then you have padilla and wolf -- if it were me, I might take a chance on lieber, lidle, padilla, myers, floyd. but the facts are that floyd and myers are not as seasoned as the others. if I wetre the phils I promote floyd, trade myers. but business wise and skill wise, the only logical person to start floyd over is myers. that is tough. if they didn't have wagner, maybe they make one into a closer and start the other....

floyds control was terrible -- obviously, but his breaking ball was one of the flat-out nastiest pitches I've seen.

That whiffle ball curve is just plain rediculous. No wonder he cant control it.

I agree. Just filthy. I watched Andruw take one and was like "Wow" Then he threw it to him again and AJ whiffed on it. Filthy! Not that it's any great accomplishment to strike out Andruw :-b , but the movement on the pitch is just ridiculous.
