Good point, however that's one reason why it's tradition to have two witnesses present at the siging of an important contract. If he does't have any objective witnesses he's got no legs to stand on. Say you buy something online with your credit card and then call up the next day and say you were drunk so cancel it. I don't think Bob's $1,000 site O' porn is going to refund you

if this gets vetoed, what is to stop another owner from making a trade, the next day seeing he doesn't like the trade as much anymore, and then coming back with this same story.
