There is no place that readily provides them, you pretty much have to figure them out for yourself. This is why I went and created an excel file with all of the pitchers in the majors that have any kind of fantasy value and plugged in the formula to get their year by year and career hit percentage, strikeout rate, walk rate and home run rate.
