so who's going to start and who's going to bench him at Cinncy next week?

i drafted him very early in my league. he was gonna be my young keeper pitcher.

he has 5 points in three starts. we get -5 for losses and 8 points for wins.....

willis the league leader has 77 points and pedro has 75 points....

this sux...



what was i thinking? a pirates (non-run supported) pitcher over an old legend and a young potential high kicking legend....

Well that's your problem right there... what exactly did you expect to happen?

I was all over Ollie the past couple years, but I was definitely avoiding him this year. He was just over-valued after finally having a breakout year.

Happens every year.

Grab Ollie off waivers, but expect some bad outings with the big K's and the occasional great game. He could turn it on in a big way. He could get hit hard for stretches. He will always strike guys out, which gives him value to me.

It will be tough to buy low on Ollie because most owners are still holding out for him to regain stud status...and the risk of trading high value to get him (since he might not pan out) is too great.

Most owners will probably be holding onto him, hoping he figures it out!
