That really doesn't seem like an accident. That sounds like a coordinated attack to seriously hurt someone.

That's just terrible. Sounds like the kid has self-control issues. But I thought the comments from the slain kid's parents were really... neat? For lack of a better word...

This is a lot nicer than what I would have said right after this happened to my kid:

He "is not a monster. He's a good boy who made a bad mistake. This is a mistake that will haunt both families for the rest of our lives," the statement said.

Mistake or not, this kid needs to pay dearly. :-t

Agreed. Just like all the "An SUV killed 2 people today," headlines the media uses. It's as if the car drove itself and went hunting. Total bs. The media is anything but impartial on so many issues :-t

Maybe they're playing it cool so when they take a bat to THAT kids head they won't be primary suspects.

I think they should atleast hobble him like in Misery. Seems fair to me.....

PALMDALE, Calif. -- A 13-year-old pitcher was charged Thursday with murder for allegedly clubbing a teenage friend to death with a baseball bat, moments after the friend apparently teased him at a concession stand following his baseball team's first loss of the season.

They did end up charging the kid with murder.... ;-D
