Will Jose Mesa notch 30 saves this year?

I wouldn't go as far to say he's better, or in a more favorable position than Billy Wagner or a few of the other closers in the top ten, but he's been nice for saves this season. At the same time, it is relatively early and he hasn't too many rough outings. Once he hits a few rough ones in a short span, which is bound to happen, then this debate really comes to life with whether or not the Pirates decide to turn to the future.
