Perez
Penny
Weaver
Lowe
I am not going to assume anything about Penny's health and just value him where he should be based on all the factors. That said I am a Penny owner in 2 leagues (an Odalis owner in 3), so I am not totally down on him but I would rather have Odalis at this point. Forget about Weaver and Lowe, they are rotating #4 or #5 guys along the lines of Westbrook or someone of that ilk who you plug in if they get hot, though they probably won't (though Weaver just based on his untapped talent is a cut above).

Four!
Penny is an incredible pitcher, and will be healthy very, very soon. I expect big things from him.

I guess I'll be the dissenting voice and put Weaver #1, even though I think the top 3 are all pretty close (Perez has the lowest ceiling IMO). I look for Weaver to have a strong year this year. I'll still put Lowe way down at the bottom though.

I've never understood how the phrase "times it by ___" came about. It's easily "multiply by...."
