So do I. I don't think I ever said my about him in the offseason, but there was a reason for that - he isn't this good. I'd sell high if I had him. He might repeat last year but won't be a whole lot better than that, I don't think.

I liked him to improve on last year's numbers and picked him up in several leagues as such. He probably won't be tossing that many consecutive shutouts, but he's still a pretty good fantasy pitcher.

You people amaze me, sorry to be so crass. Obviously, he isn't going to throw CGSOs for the rest of his starts this season. But if you don't think he can and will do what I said above, you are fooling yourself. The guy is just a kid and his stuff is legit. He had a little sophmore slump. No big whoop. It happens to the best of them. But his numbers will be closer to 2003 than 2004. Mark my words. The Marlins are a good team. And he pitches in one of the BEST pitching ballparks in baseball. This makes him a quality mixed league SP.

I was pretty high on Blanton and Bush in the pre-season, and they had a nice little pitcher's duel tonight.
There's lots of guys I like for this year... I'm not going to ignore the past few seasons and think Hampton and Dontrelle have improved so much over the past year. It's 2 games. And in Hampton's case, they weren't even good games.

Heh, just had a peak at your Cafe Challenge roster and now I know why you think I don't like any SP's. I knocked your boys Bedard and Willis. Well for where you got them you did very well. But Odalis... oh yeah he sucks too
