Do you think now is a good time to buy low on Melvin Mora?

.172 AVG, 0 HR, 3 R, 1 RBI, 0 SB

What is his value worth right now? He's hit well over .300 that last 2 years; what are your projections for him?

Mora is a great buy low candidate. I projected .319, 25 HR, 115 R, 105 RBI, 10 SB. I see no reason to back off those projections yet.

Some impatient GM dropped Mora for Hinske in a redraft.
I am almost convienced that you want to try to lose the 1st 3 weeks of the season to just snatch up waiver wire studs from impatient owners.

historically he's a good 1st half/bad 2nd half guy, and with the lineup he's in he'll get comfortable and produce, but i don't see him puting up the type of #'s he put up last year. but it's only been one week, so i'd say he'd need to struggle for the next 2 weeks or so before an owner would sell him cheaply.

He's infurating me right now (along with helton and sheffield), but im not about to panic. Lets wait three more weeks till Im 0-4 -- then its panic time.,

I offered Dmitri Young for Mora and got laughed at. Not every owner is down on mora. Sure, Young for Mora is not a good offer, but I wanted to see if this guy was panicking at all.

Mora will be fine. It's hard to hit .340 and be a fluke. He's already starting to creep out of his slump. Last year, he was collecting multi-hit games as if it were his job... which it is.

On one hand, I'd love to be in a league where the knee-jerkers just give up on players after one week's worth of games.

On the other hand, I guess I'm glad I'm not in a league like that. Where's the competition?
