Middle Relievers...who's worth a pickup?

Postby Super Manny » Wed Apr 13, 2005 5:17 pm

Holds are an important category in a roto league that I'm in. I currently have Linebrink (SD) on my roster, but am looking to pick up an additional MR who can help me in the HLD, ERA, WHIP, K...and the occasional W categories.

Here are some names of note who are free agents. Do any stick out to you? Anyone I haven't mentioned that may be available?

- Sosa, ATL
- Schoeneweis, TOR
- Eyre, SF
- Koplove, ARI
- Ayala, WAS
- Farnsworth, DET
- Hermanson, CWS

Thanks!

Schoeneweis is probably your best bet.

EDIT: I dunno why I said Schoenweis. I guess got him confused with Scot Shields.

Yes, go with Ayala.

Ayala. He gives good rats and holds, if you count them.

Definitely pick up Ayala. Also I'm a big fan of Mike Remlinger, he helped me win a league several yrs ago. He might be available.
