How long until Winn hits 2nd?

i was somewhat surprised when seattle moved winn down to 7th in the order in favor of jeremy reed, but now with winn hitting over .300 and reed floundering below the mendoza line, is it just a matter of time until winn gets move up? i mean, reed probably has a bright future, but i am of the opinion that the marainers will have to move him down at some point if he doesn't get hot soon...

I'm glad someone brought this up...I don't see them wasting much more time if Reed keeps up his cruddy hitting. They had a good thing going last year with Ichiro and Winn, yet they decided to split it up to try the kid out there. If the offense really starts to sputter, I'm thinking it will happen.

Maybe it's a good time to trade for Winn? Problem is he's hitting fairly well right now, so you might not get good value for him.

well, i drafted the guy, so the concern is more that his numbers will be better if he's hitting in front of beltre, et al.

I'm all for giving Reed the chance to succeed but as a Winn owner and for the good of the lineup I'd love to Winn back to batting second.

Hargrove seems like the kind of manager that will make the move soon if it helps the teams instead of worrying about babying Reed.
