Will Preston Wilson continue his tear?

Postby B.O.S. Owner » Mon May 12, 2003 9:38 pm

I have him and he is wearing it out. His trade value is at a high level currently and I am trying to decide if he will continue to roll. What do you guys think?

If your league doesn't count K's (most don't) I really like Wilson. I have him too and I expect good numbers from him.

I was able to trade him and Gil Meche for Tim Hudson and Shawn Green. So yes, his trade value is high. If you can pull off a deal like that I would trade him.

What's scary is he's hitting 60 points higher and has 6 HR's....ON THE ROAD. So it's not the Coors Field advantage like many are saying. The guy is just more focused (had multiple family tragedies last year) and has a much better lineup around him. I know it's too soon to say Comeback player of the Year, but I think his value only goes up...
