I'd also keep Hoffman in your situation. I might grumble a bit about the price tag, but I don't really think you can let him go unless you're planning on gambling on sleepers...

Just one point to add to all the good advice: don't worry about how many games San Diego will win - that number doesn't affect a team's saves very much.

Oh yes: The Blalock/Anderson/Pena/Cruz situation probably comes down to who else you have in your bullpen, and who, if anybody, owns Franklyn German. Offhand, I'd probably keep Blalock and Anderson.
