I picked up Miguel Batista and Brandon Lyon last week.

Since our league only uses last years eligibility until May 15th, Aubrey Huff may not quality at 3B after that so I am looking to pick up via trade or free agency another 3rd baseman.

Top guys out there right now are:

Eric Hinske ... may also not qualify
Corey Koskie ... splitting time with Hillenbrand
Shea Hillenbrand ... splitting time with Koskie
Morgan Ensberg ... batting cleanup for Astros and I kinda lean towards him at this point
Joe Randa ... Reds 3B
Eduardo Alfonso ... Giants 3B

your strengths on offense would have to be your power...Posada, Helton, Soriano, Huff, and Gonzo are solid power numbers, while rowand, reed, and crisp will help your runs scored and speed.

I think you really need to think about upgrading at 3B and moving Huff to the OF to offset the horrid start by Reed (who should settle in sometime in the future)

I'd look into Carlos Lee, Adam Dunn, Travis Hafner, Casey Blake, Paul Konerko, maybe Sexon or someone who can give you a little more pop.

I'd have to be able to look at the league before i could give you better advice, but your team definately looks solid. Nice closers and some K pitchers. Your team is based on power, which is my favorite of all teams for fantasy.

Agreed, you look pretty solid. I'd look into trading some excess power for some help in the outfield. It'll help when Berkman comes back, but otherwise you're looking pretty slim out there.

I think your very solid, I would agree with the earlier post of moving Huff to OF and picking up a solid 3 bagger.... There is a lot of depth at third this season..., but other then that I think you team looks reall good.

I agree that my OF could be my weakness. Oddly though, I am actually concerned about my power numbers. I took a lot of infielders early in the draft thinking I could get some quality OF later. Many of the guys I wanted in the early-middle rounds went just in front of me so I ended up taking chances on young guys like Rowand, Reed and Crisp who I think have decent potential. I especially like Rowand and Reed. Both are off to slow starts of course which I thought might happen. I will probably end up with Huff in the OF hopefully with Berkman eventually. As far as 3B goes, who would you pick up out of these guys? No one clearly stands out to me right now but I need to make a move this week.

You rated mine, but I'm not that familliar w/ that type of league. From what I can see u could use some power. Try for Inge if he's still available

Of those guys you mentioned I like Ensberg. He had a down year last year, especially with the HR's. I think his stats will only improve when Berkman comes back. At least with him you know he's the regular and he's not a platoon.

Please give me your advice for my team.
