I'd say just be patient...your starting pitching is well-built (deep rotation, solid guys), and your bats are incredible. I mean seriosuly...Delgado, Kent, Beltran and Mora are all great hitters, you've got SB in Reyes, Crawford, and Beltran, Posada is great at C...it's early.

Personally, the only thing you may need is saves, but that's not a huge deal. I'd say just wait a bit; once those guys get going, you'll cruise.
