Solid team, only 2 guys, who I don't like: Graves and Lowe. Beside the saves, Graves had a pretty bad season last year, and he had 33 saves by the All-star break. I believe he than collected only 8 in the second half. He sucks :-t Try to trade him for an other closer, who will have a better season. Keep an eye on Huston Streer if he is available.

Lowe is a risky pick, and I wouldn't take him, if he was on the FA list. I think, he is gonna have a bad yeae in that division, but that's only my gut feeling :)

I wish I had your hitting though, it's awesome.

Your hitting is pretty sick, but yeah, your pitching could use some work. I agree with the other post about Lowe and Graves...why not try and ship off Dimitri Young (whose trade value is high as hell right now) along with Lowe or Graves for an upgrade at eitehr SP or RP? You certainly don't need him for the offense. Or, if you'd rather, try and trade him off for a new 3B, if you are concerned.

I also agree that you have good hitting other than the 3B that you already mentioned (I too am not a big fan of Castilla). The pitching is really weak, and you need another stud SP and some better closers. Other than Pedro, you don't have a guy that you can pretty much rely on every time he takes the mound. In the end, I would say that you are a 3rd place team now, but with one more stud, you should sit at the top.

yea one of my other concerns are the number of 1st basemen i have. i am going to start trading some away, for more flexibility in other positions. Helton and D. Lee are my two standouts while i think i can get pretty good trade value for Bagwell and D. Young.

in concern for SP, i am in the process of getting R. Johnson, just waiting for the Veto Period to end.
he is costing me D. willis and D. lowe.

Wait...Randy Johnson for Lowe and the D-Train?

I'd veto it...that seems wicked unfair.
