Im in a public pay league (cbs), which uses a weekly H2H format, so 2 start pitchers DO have some value, but Im curious if anyone else has observed the following parculiarities:
The first player is the one picked up, the second the one who was dropped -- and no this wasnt just one team, there are 5 teams (out of 10) represented below:
K Rogers / M Lawton
M Hampton / E Renteria (had M Tejada, but really)
R Hernandez / B Bonds
B Hasley / J Giambi
C Young / C Figgins
K Wells / T Glavine
A Eaton / K Mench
Z Day / M Alou
G Chacin / J Weaver (DROP WEAVER FOR THIS GUY?)
K Saarloos / D Baez
M Marooth / L Ford
J Mays / M Ordonez
J Towers / J Bonderman
my current WW claim list is a mile long
who does this? does anyone else have a problem with this many morons? Is there a fantasy rehabilition center I can send these buffons to so I dont have to rip my hair out deciding if I should drop L Berkman (my worst OF) for B Bonds or not? Do I drop M Clement for Bonderman? (think im going to) --
Has anyone else noticed the WAY over emphasis on two start Ps? (Im actually making trades that are stupid - like Gagne, Buerhle, and MCab for Santana because I CAN)
anyways, just wanted to rant and see if anyone else dealth with morons dropping good players just so they can get two starts in one week
