just a smile from ear to ear over grabbing him in the late teen rounds in your draft? I am loving every minute of this.

I am tempted as hell right now to start entertaining trade offers for him. But damn.....it would take alot to pry him from me. He obviously cannot keep this up for much longer....but the potential is their for a 40 HR and 120 RBI season (considering the start he has got on it.)

Barry Who? Burrell has sure been a nice savior in a money league where I lost Gold Bonds medicated baby powder.

Dude, I am sooo with you on that! Hopefully Burrell will keep it going until Bonds comes back into our lineups. Imagine if Burrell keeps it up all year? watch out!

Yes, I'm very happy getting him late.
I've also been entertaining the thought of putting him on the block for the highest bidder. The only problem is that I drafted Beltre late last year and traded him a month or so in for what I percieved as value at the time and then all year he made me cry by maintaining his torrid pace. Is this something Burrell can keep up ala Beltre or is he just hot right now?

If Burrell does well this second week I might start shopping him around and possibly trade him for a juicy offer. He has always had problems, but has the potential to put up monster #s.

His fielding still leaves a bit to be desired.
