Dynasty League--drafted 2 MinorLeaguers...thoughts?

12 team Dynasty League--each team got to draft 2 Minor Leaguers...here are mine:

1-Hanley Ramirez-ss


2-Jeremy Hermida-of


thoughts?

Was Brien Taylor not available?

I think they're both good but not great prospects. I don't think either has the capability to be a superstar, but if things break right they could both be consistent contributers. Hanley has higher potential, but I think he's also got higher bust potential. Hermedia will hit 25 homers a year with a good average. Not bad, but not great from the OF either.

not bad picks, but i assume you must have picked late as neither are full blown studs either... they both will be productive players in the majors though with hanley the chance of being the stud.....

Agree with the others - good picks, but not elite caliber players. Not sure if any elite players were available, though.

well I picked 4th in the ML draft but several players were gone because they were taken in the regular draft...





so I guess these guys were way off in their draft?(in the below thread)--look where my 2 picks went.

wow there were a bunch of the big names gone,,, i would have picked cain and milledge over your 2, but hanley and hermida would have been in my top 10 available when u picked so not too bad......

raiders_umpire--That wasn't actually my draft...just an example as to what people think of Herm & Hanley, taken from the cafe draft.

I could have picked Milledge but what turned me away was his bad plate disciplin....but it was close.
