I'd go for Lilly because he plays for a team that will likely win more games and give him better run support. Dreifort is more of a power, strikeout pitcher, but is also a huge injury risk.

At least pick up Lilly for this week, he pitches against Detroit and Cleveland.

I'd go with Lilly also.

1) He's on a better team which will win more games
2) He'll get much better run support

The drawback is fewer strikeouts but Lilly's strikeout numbers aren't that bad (30 in 41.2 innings).

Lilly if for no other reason then he has 3 insane pitchers to learn from, and the A's pitching coaching staff.

Definitely Lilly. DD is injury prone.

I'm going against the grain and going with DD (after this week). DD is on a comeback tear, and plays in pitcher-friendly DOdger Stadium. You can't beat that.
