Who are some of the players that are currently not available on Yahoo, but should be sometime soon that are worth picking up?
In my 20 team league I've been sure not to pick up any marginal players off waivers so I keep moving up on the waiver list. I was 16th to start the season and I've moved up to 4th. Who should I keep an eye out for?
Brandon McCarthy for the ChiSox. He's a great prospect but some may have already heard of him thanks to the Cafe and his good spring. Should get called up when an injury strikes or one of the SPs starts to suck (read: El Duque and Contreras).
Can't worry about tomorrow's pain tonight.

BJ Upton... The devil rays aren't going anywhere...what differnce does it make if he makes errors at triple a or the majors. there's no reason they can't put lugo at 2b....
For pitching help, pick up Ezequiel Astacio for the Astros. He gets his first big league start Tuesday against Pittsburgh. Then, he is slated to face Atlanta a week from today. I've seen him pitch in the minors at Round Rock, and he is the real deal. Had a one-hitter with 12 or 13Ks late last year one night that we went to the ballpark. I don't see him getting sent back down anytime soon.

From Sporting News:

The Astros will bring up Astacio (0-3, 4.63 ERA at Triple-A Round Rock) to start Wednesday in place of Brandon Duckworth (0-1, 12.60 ERA).
Fantasy Source spin: Astacio finally gets a chance to be the team's fifth starter, but we're not overly optimistic about his chances of keeping the role throughout the season.
