In your opinion, who are they? Not necessarily the top 10 holds guys, but the top 10 guys who will boost your era, whip, etc, like Otsuka, Gordon, etc...

That's 9... after that it's not that good. Tavarez, Cruz, Torres, and a bunch of mediocre guys I wouldn't trust if holds weren't a category.

Is Brazoban top 10 when he returns to the setup role? He has pretty good stuff as a MR IMO.
