if you click on the yahoo boxsore for any game 1 or 2 hrs before it starts, itll show the lineup for each team

Right, most league work on Games started rather than inning or games appeared in limits right? IE, if you have no-one else for the slot you might as well start a benching player anyway?

Rowand (CWS-OF) may be benched today against the Mariners after "jamming his shoulder" in yesterday's game. He'll be a game-time decision.
