He was 2-0 last year and 1-0 in 03'. But I really don't see whether he got a win or not making a difference at all

Because Coors games get often blown by the pen(s). Wins are a very high percentage in my scoring system

I realize that, but wins are so unpredictable looking at that stat in the past to try and predict what they'll do in the future has almost no merit.

I agree with the "always start your studs" mantra about 95% of the time. On the otherhand I wouldn't start Ollie right now, until he shows me he can throw strikes, and pitch solid at least once first.

I was talking about Ollie Perez, not Schmidt. Schmidt is a definate stud.
