Whats the catcher situation in Colorado?

Is Greene the starter now? He started 2 games in a row, so I assume Closser is benched. I'm guessing Closser is starting today (day game after night game), but who is the normal starter, if they have one?

No. They are basically splitting time...the projections have them with almost equal #s of at bats. I traded Closser for that reason.

It's a split for now. Greene's a better fantasy guy than Closser if that's the case, as Greene will mash lefties, especially at home. Closser got wildly overhyped last season, and is now living down to the expectations of many who didn't buy the noise.

It is a split time situation right now, but I think it will be Greene as the number one starter in a couple of weeks, after the Rocks figure out he is the better catcher right now. I was able to grab Todd for $2 right after Closser sold for $7 in my NL auction league.

Yeah, I definitely didn't want Closser. Its an 18 team league that Wrveres is in, and I took him after everyone decent was gone. Piezyski got snatched right ahead of me, I believe. And I figured it would get this ugly. I got shafted at 3B and C, though Bellhorn is a better 3b than Closser a C.

I had Greene listed as a sleeper catcher last year when the Rockies signed him in the offseason. Looks like I was a year early.

I remember getting a Charles Johnson rookie card years back when he was comin up with the Marlins, and thinking "Oh no, this isn't good for Santiago". He became a great catcher, and then.......what the hell happened?!
