Looking for a short term replacement pitcher?

Postby Andy1234 » Sun May 11, 2003 9:25 pm

My Starters look like this
Pedro, Schilling, Clement, Beckett

I think I should pick up someone till Beckett gets back, who would be my best option for the next 2 weeks, or should I stay put?

Available pitchers are:
Webb, Loshe, Ponson, Chacon, Kinney, Ishii, Fossum

What do you think?

If you could give me your top 2 or 3 in order-Thank You

Its 5 X 5 roto scoring

lohse, ishii, webb, fossum

lohse is the best bet because he probably won't get bombed, the rest of the guys could potentially give up a ton of runs in one outing. lohse won't dazzle anyone, but he'll give you solid starts.... he's also striking out a lot more people, plus he'll get some wins on the twins.
