Runelvys Hernandez is pretty good if his elbow holds up. The only knock on this guy before the injury was questionable dedication, and all reports are that he grew up while rehabbing after TJS.

McCarthy has the reputed big ceiling, but he's a 2006 guy. I guess he gets the callup when El Duque suffers his next injury or Contreras blows out, but I don't think I'd want him for this year even if he does get the shot.

elvys - Im not ready to go out and get him yet, but I think he will do better than the rest on that list.

What about using Francis as a spot starter? I am in a deep NL only keeper where he is a free agent. Would you take a chance on him? What kind of pitcher is he?

hybrid, do you think hes gonna get called up at some point this season?? Im in a keeper league where you get to keep all the players that dont go on free agency, and you ranting about him has me drooling.

btw i watched his start vs anaheim. NASTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

I think barring injury he is practically a lock to be called up this year. One of their pitchers already has a tear in his arm and Felix breezed through his first AAA start.

And ..... that's a wrap. I can now go to bed tonight, how fitting it comes while talking about a minor league prospect in Felix.
