hey, are there any websites that offer free keeper leagues? Me and some of my buddies really want to start one this year.

What exactly are you looking for? Should your keepers have salaries, or should there simply be a certain number of players that can be retained each year? Should there be a limit on contract lengths?

The trouble with free keeper leagues is that you usually can't customize this sort of thing. Often, it makes more sense to simply use a free single-season service, and keep track of keeper details by hand...

Last time I checked, sandbox was offering leagues in which teams retained a set number of players - you may want to check that out.
