Time to officially launch the Mike Williams fan club. Was anybody else surprised that nearly all fantasy sites ranked closers in danger of losing their jobs like Kim or Strickland higher than Williams, who has a stranglehold on the closer's spot? Some already have Looper ranked higher... Definitely a case of counting unhatched chickens.

Good one! Sounds like a plausible explanation...

I actually heard of an auction once in which someone paid a large amount of money for Mitch, thinking it was Matt Williams (this was in the days when Matt was putting up solid stats). I only heard this second-hand, so I can't say whether it's a true story, but it's amusing nonetheless...
