So does anyone know any minor league stats on this guy?? He seems to have come out of left field. I did notice he wasn't even drafted.

Drop Kaz Matsui for him?

One thing to watch out for is that Pinella and/or management seem down on Cantu. First, they brought in Alomar. Then, they get N. Green to steal playing time from him. Just something to monitor as a slump may not be tolerated.

I'd keep Durham over Cantu... don't get too worked up over a hot start. Cantu won't keep up this sort of production, and Durham will be productive.

I won't get suckered into having Durham on my team again. He is nothing but a headache with the little injuries that haunt him all the time. Cannot rely on him at all.

I was in a 14 team AL only league last year, meaning that it was VERY deep. We picked him up last year. I was watching the TB minor league reports a lot because we were allowed two minor leaguers and we had Upton and this guy was tearing it up. Led his league in slugging and RBI's or something, not really sure.

Regardless, I just picked him up 2 days ago and dropped Durham in a 10 team mixed H-to-H league. Nobody else knew who he was but they will now.

oh yeah, and someone asked Tristan C#ckroft about this guy on one of those Yahoo! articles. He said he could be good but don't expect power numbers. I am not expecting 40 HR's but he put up some good power numbers in AAA and hit very well at the end of last year. How do these guys get billed as "experts"?
