Huston Street added to Yahoo - Straight to FA, not waivers

As a Ryan Wagner owner from last year, I would let someone else take the risk. Of course he could turn into another K-Rod so what do I know.

i feel like I am missing something.

I knwo he is line so to speak, but I thought the guy from cincinnati was going to do that to the shaky graves last year. I will wait and see.

I wouldn't grab him unless you were in a keeper, or a really deep league, or maybe if your league counted holds. Too many "if's" to plug him in and wait to see what happens in smaller standard leagues.

Kinda weird but in some of my leagues he's still a FA while in others he's on the WW... I did grab him in a couple of my dynasty leagues
and drafted him in a prospect draft in the 2nd round in a 3rd league that counts holds, so hopefully I will get some pretty good value out of him

I commish 3 leagues. In 1 he's on the WW. In the other 2 he's a FA. I've written Yahoo to correct the error.

I tried to adjust the day he comes off the WW, but can't do it since he's not listed as on it. What is my responsibility here?

1. Post a message informing all of the situation and designating a release date.

-the concern is making some owners aware of a guy they have no idea about, thereby putting the informed at a disadvantage.

2.Do nothing, first come first serve.

What I did was add and drop all players who went straight to FA. Normally you can't do that, but with commish powers you can go to Edit Rosters, and keep add/dropping everybody.

I originally had Street on my team after looking him up, but after realizing I shouldn't have been able to have him (and after posting here to let you guys know) I dropped him and then forced all players to waivers.

Street went straight to free agency in my league and our commish snatched him up at 6am EST.

But he's a good guy and has e-mailed Yahoo to report the problem. I had no chance of getting him in free agency OR waivers because I don't wake up until later in the morning and because my waiver priority is at #9 of 10. But at least in waivers, someone would've had to sacrifice their waiver priority to get Street, bumping me up the ladder a little.

hes on waivers in all of my leagues but the date is different, hes due to come off in some leagues on the 8th and the 9th in others?????

i want him on my keeper team and its the 9th on there, i want to snatch him before people realize he is there
