It counts if your league uses OBP.

also, in configurable leagues (yahoo+, cbs manager) you can have HBP count as well -- in virtually all my leagues we credit it for the same as a BB

Jason Giambi has been hit 3 times already?! SERIOUS?!

Regarding the thread, different services allow different categories, but HBP coutns towards WHIP but not toward any normal batting cats.

yea, Giambi has been plunked 3 times for me already, I wish I had OBP as a stat.

I've never noticed that HBP didn't count as a walk in fantasy until I was looking at Giambi's stats today. He gets plunked all the time because he doesn't move out of the way.
